FAQ
Synergen Rx is an accredited specialty pharmacy that serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions, such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis. Our pharmacists and nurses are trained in specific disease states and work closely with you to help manage your medication therapy and overall care.
Specialty medications are used to treat complex and chronic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, HIV, psoriasis, rare genetic disorders, infertility, and cancer. These medications may be taken by mouth but are more commonly injected or infused. They are often high cost and typically require additional monitoring and patient support.
Ask your doctor to send your prescription directly to Synergen Rx. Prescriptions can be sent electronically or by calling 888-975-2191.
Pharmacy regulations do not allow medications to be returned or restocked once they have been sold or dispensed. Because of this, Synergen Rx cannot issue credit for unused medication if your prescription changes after delivery. It is important that we have the most up-to-date information about your prescriptions and the supplies you have on hand.
Your out-of-pocket cost will be determined once your prescription is processed and billed to your insurance plan. We will review your cost with you before delivery whenever possible.
Overnight delivery may be available for urgent or emergency medication needs, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the specific medication and circumstances.
