He works closely with healthcare providers, manufacturers, caregivers, and patients to build effective, collaborative therapy pathways.
Joshua Meeks, PharmD, CSP
Founder, Head of Clinical Services
Josh brings more than 15 years of experience spanning specialty pharmacy, managed care, clinical program design, operations, and business development. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015 and has spent the majority of his career in the independent specialty pharmacy space. As a founding partner, Josh leads clinical services and technology strategy, helping Synergen navigate the complexity of specialty therapies while improving efficiency, patient experience, and outcomes. He remains an active advocate for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.
Ian Tokash, MBA
Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Ian has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, with deep expertise in operations, contracting, supply chain management, and trade relations. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees operational strategy and execution, ensuring Synergen delivers consistent, high-touch service at scale. Known for building strong, collaborative partnerships, Ian plays a critical role in business development and operational growth while supporting the company’s mission to provide personalized care to every patient.
Tom Orsini
Chief Commercial Officer
Tom brings nearly two decades of experience in specialty pharmacy, with a strong focus on rare and orphan diseases. As a former partner at Orsini Healthcare, he played a key role in launching more than 30 drug programs and establishing the organization as a boutique specialty pharmacy leader prior to its acquisition in 2019. At Synergen, Tom leads pharmaceutical business development, working closely with manufacturers to design and execute successful launch strategies that expand patient access to innovative therapies.
